Each course has limited number of 40 participants based on first come first served basis. You may be registered only for one Course. Participants registered for the Meeting are exempted from paying the fee for Pre-Meeting Course.

According to the decision of the Scientific Committee, 20 best oral presentations will be awarded with free registration and accommodation.
Early registration until August 31st, 2019.
Late registration from September 1st until October 10th, 2019.
Registration is mandatory for all categories.
REGISTRATION FEES INCLUDE:
Full access to all scientific program for 3 days of the Meeting, Meeting materials and breaks.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION TERMS:
• Requests for registration cancellation must be submitted in writing to the Meeting Secretariat at vascularneuro@snss.org.rs
• For cancellations received until August 31st, 2019 refund of registration fees will be 100%.
• For cancellations received until September 25th, 2019 refund of registration fees will be 50%.
• After that date the registration fee will not be refunded.
• Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of Congress, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
• If no refund is required but a change in participant registration is needed, then the Secretariat must be informed in writing via email to vascularneuro@snss.org.rs
